I founded B2INT because I saw too often how companies invest in AI and digitalization — and twelve months later have nothing to show for it in their day-to-day operations. Not because the technology was bad, but because the foundation was missing.
With over 15 years of experience in process and system transformation — in startups, mid-market & enterprise environments, from manufacturing to consulting — I have the necessary grounding: not as a theorist, but as someone who has actually built systems, redesigned processes, led projects, connected systems, and deployed automation & AI in live production environments.
I know what it feels like when an AI pilot ends up in a drawer after three months. And I know what it takes to make sure it doesn't.
