To process inquiries in a structured way, we use HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc. / HubSpot Ireland Limited) as our CRM and form-processing system. Form submissions are transmitted server-side to HubSpot.

Campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, and gclid may also be processed when present in the URL. This helps attribute inquiries to marketing channels.

To protect against abuse and automated submissions, we apply technical anti-spam controls (e.g. honeypot fields, minimum completion time, server-side plausibility checks, rate limiting, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling pre-contractual inquiries), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (abuse prevention, IT security, and efficient sales operations), and where applicable Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent-based processing.

We conclude data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR with HubSpot and other processors. Where data is transferred to third countries, this is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
